As a Design Team Lead in Bayer Korea, APAC, I created diverse visual assets for Bayer’s global brand Aspirin. Based on a high understanding of the brand, I created and managed the brand visual assets.

  • Localizing Global Assets, Key visual Adaptations

  • Creating Digital Content: Social content and Web Banners.

  • Collaborating Global Project: Website Migration 

  • Creating Sales Materials: Leaflets, Wobblers, Window decals, etc.   

Website Migration

Drupal Website migration project was collaborated by three different countries; Korea, China, and India. I coordinated these teams by guiding Bayer Korea brand team and directed assemblers with assembling directions. As a creative team, I created website pages and individual assets based on global guidelines with manuscripts in English for the Assembling team in India and Bayer Global IT team. The template was based on HTML; when I gained access to the assembling system, I taught myself how to assemble sites. We were given 6months for this project, but we managed to create 9websites in only 5months, which was one month ahead of the planned deadline. Korea was the first country to finish the project in APAC.

I designed various digital content such as web banners and IG content.
