Canesten
As a Design Team Lead in Bayer Korea, APAC, I created diverse visual assets for Bayer’s global brand Canesten. Based on a high understanding of the brand, I came up with marketing campaigns, managed brand visuals, and helped the marketing team to follow global brand visual guidelines and copyright.

Video Content - Localizing
Bayer, a global corporation, has many global campaigns and to target, certain markets global assets need to be localized. With my unique skill sets, I not only localized several commercials but also designed multiple Images and typography for the brand. The footage needed to be edited based on Korean Advertising and medical regulation with new dubbing, sounds, subtitles, and other adjustments such as packaging and logos.

Website Migration
Drupal Website migration project was collaborated by three different countries; Korea, China, and India. I coordinated these teams by guiding Bayer Korea brand team and directed assemblers with assembling directions. As a creative team, I created website pages and individual assets based on global guidelines with manuscripts in English for the Assembling team in India and Bayer Global IT team. The template was based on HTML; when I gained access to the assembling system, I taught myself how to assemble sites. We were given 6months for this project, but we managed to create 9websites in only 5months, which was one month ahead of the planned deadline. Korea was the first country to finish the project in APAC.
